This morning was a tough one and I’m having a hard time writing without talking about it, which I’m hesitant to do. So I’m taking my mom’s advice and sitting on it for a day, and just breathing. And tomorrow, when the emotions have subsided, I’ll get back to business as usual and share the Farro Spring Salad that I’ve been working on.
For today’s post…this teaser photo of a guest post that I worked on for Oh, Sweet Basil that will be up on their site tomorrow, and I could not be more excited about it! When Carrian reached out to ask me if I’d be interested in composing a spring post for them, I didn’t have to think twice. And then when she asked me if I’d like to be a regular contributor for them, it was an immediate YES! Their way of thinking is completely in line with mine in terms of trying to reinvent family dinner time. Eating home cooked meals can be somewhat of a lost art these days, and they aim to bring people back together around the table not only to be healthier, but to build strong relationships. How great is that??
So check out their blog here, and be on the lookout tomorrow when this soup goes up because it’s quick, easy, and quite honestly…addictive.
See you tomorrow!0
